Interventional Pain Management Physician – Permanent Position
Location: Bloomington, Illinois
$600K Base | No Call or Weekends | Negotiable Schedule | Over 6 Weeks Vacation

A well-established, procedure-focused pain management practice in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a strong base salary, excellent work-life balance, and no weekend or call requirements.

• Base Salary: $600,000 annually

• Schedule: No weekends, calls, or holidays

• Time Off: 6+ weeks of vacation; schedule negotiable

• Coverage: Malpractice and medical insurance provided

• Practice Focus:

  • Procedure-based approach including CMBB, RFA, SI joint injections, and more

  • Modern, fully equipped facility with strong clinical support

• Certifications Required:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management

  • Pain fellowship required
