Lotus Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Consultant LLC is a small nurse practitioner owned company that focuses on personalized quality care for older adults and a supportive work environment for nurse practitioners. We have a presence in skilled nursing facilities, home visits and assisted living facilities. We are currently seeking  an energetic nurse practitioner who has a vision for innovative health care delivery to work as a full time (M-F) team leader within a Medicare Advantage Plan in ALF in the south and west suburbs of Chicago.
