Hope all are well in these challenging times!

The Chicagoland Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses (CGAPN), the Chicago chapter of the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA.org) invites you (practitioners, faculty, and students) to a FREE panel discussion on Covid-19: Issues and Concerns for Older Adults and Providers.

August 2020 CGAPN quarterly program (Virtual and Live) – Reservation required for either WebEx or live attendance

Topic: Covid-19: Issues and Concerns for Older Adults and Providers- A Panel Discussion

Date/Time:  August 26th (Wed.), 6:45pm (Networking), 7:00pm-8pm (Program)

            A short business meeting follows the program.

Location (NEW):  Rush Oak Park Professional Building, 610 S. Maple, suite 2000 (second floor),

Oak Park, IL (Seating is limited to 15 persons due to social distancing requirements) – Dinner provided, RSVP required

Virtual Attendance (NEW) available through WebEx (no limit on attendance but must register).

 Log-in information sent 1 week before program

Panel Members:  Lory Arquilla-Maltby DNP, APRN Rush Coordinated Care program (Post Acute/Long Term Care) , Pat McCann MS APRN Lotus Geriatric Nurse Practitioners (Primary/Home Visits ), Hubert Lin DNP, APRN DuPage Medical Group (Infectious Disease).   Moderators: Joanne Miller and Anne Maynard

Registration instructions (No CEs will be available for this program)

  1. Reply through the ENP network or e-mail Joanne_M_Miller@rush.edu
  2. State if you plan to attend live or virtual (live seating is first come, first served)
  3. Submit a question or topic you want to have the panel address
  4. Watch for an attendance confirmation for the live meeting and WebEx link to everyone registered
  5. All attendees (live or virtual) are entered into a raffle (drawing at annual May meeting) to win registration fees for future pharmacology or national annual conferences
  6. Unfortunately no CEs are available for this event
