2.  RESEARCH AWARD

We have updated the research award with an extended deadline:  November 1, 2023 or May 1, 2024

NEW:  The Chicagoland chapter will pay for a one-year membership in GAPNA at the student or member rate once the grant is awarded.

If you are interested or have any advanced practice nurses or students that have interest, please forward the application.  Application process is attached.

3.  BECOME A CGAPNA BOARD MEMBER --> There are many benefits from being a board member:  Using your leadership skills, you can use your board membership when renewing your 5 year certification, 1 year following President position, your GAPNA annual conference is covered, plus it keeps you involved!  Many of the board meetings and quarterly meetings are held virtually, so even if you are not local to Chicago, you can still be on the BOARD!

Positions available are Secretary (2-year term) and President Elect (3-year term-- President Elect, President and Past President).
